Hi Mia - nice to see someone else who is retired on the board. I comfort myself with food too, especially when I'm tired, so it's a daily struggle. I find that the postings help.

Just getting started tonight. I am in my fifties and teach science about 12 hrs a day...or at least that how I am at work each day...exhausted when I get home but thinking some of that is missed meals etc. Any great ideas on how to get going and motivated?

Hi everyone,

Please be sure to set up your Spark page, so that your teammates can leave comments, send goodies, etc., to keep you motivated. Once you've set up your page, let me know, so I can visit and add you as a friend. Feel free to add me as well, so we will always be easy to reach.

Also be sure to check out the multitude of Spark teams. As you discover the teams, you'll find that they group together members with similar interests, which will help you as you work towards your goals.

You can find the teams by clicking on the "Community" tab that appears at the top of your screen, and selecting SparkTeams. You will find a portal that has a Team Finder Wizard and a search box, and there is also a listing of teams by category. You can also find SparkTeams by reading other member's SparkPages. If you have questions, please feel free to give me a shout out.

Thanks!
