I joined spark people in jan 2011 and had GREAT success, then I just fell off in 2012. I'm back and so glad to be in the motivational space. I will exceed my goals and I am looking forward to checking in here.
My first day back was yesterday and I have sadly gained 15 pounds over the last year, but I am going to take one day at a time and reach my desired weight.
I know today's not WED but I'm weighing in on my 2011!
I lost 23 pounds in 2011 utilizing Spark (counting calories/exercising/motivation) and LowCarbFriends (eating low carb/hcg/motivation) and kept it off!
I counted calories/worked out hard from Jan - May and lost about 15 pounds. I felt better and my clothes fit a little better. I was healthier and more fit from all the walking. I slacked off over the summer as usual and probably gained a few pounds back. In October I was introduced to HCG, gave it a try and joined a Low Carb Team here on SP as well as another well known LC site! I love the LC lifestyle b/c I can eat more food, exercise a bit less and still lose weight!
I am at 195.5 today and currently on my 2nd round of HCG. Looking forward to getting to my goal weight this year and keeping it off! Happy New Year!
