I don't have alot more to lose, but just trying to stay consistent with tracking and staying within calorie ranges. My goal is to lose the last 5 lbs (aren't they the worst?!) and track all foods & exercise at least 5 days a week. Maybe that will help me to reach the finish line!

Great job everybody! I'm glad to hear about so much success and wish I was in on it. But, I'm back in the game and still have an anniversary goal. If I start today, 25 pounds is too much to "safely lose" but I'd like to be down ten more...So my goal for Jan. 1 is to weigh 220.

I'd like to join the challenge but I broke up with my scale over the Summer and it's gone. So...would you guys mind if I go for sizes lost? I'm a 12 and would like to be an 8 for my 1 year Spark-Versary. I could still come by on Mondays to check in with my size. I'm just glad this group is still active. I'm not alone in not reaching my goals, but I have company in the "never quit" attitude. We will be successful!

I'm in! I've went from 296 to 275, and that with a back injury and gall bladder surgery this year. Just now able to exercise again, but not like I was doing in January and February.
Challenge start date 9/10- 274.5 11/1-268 lbs, one more lb to where I've lost 10% of my body weight! 11/29 267 lbs, and down another pant size! pounds aren't coming of, but the belly is disappearing 12/13 265 lbs. 9.5 lbs not even close to 25 lbs but I'm happy with my progress! 12/24 263lbs
I love having something due by our 1 year anniversary - good idea and thanks! I doubt I'll be down 25 lbs by then, although I have about 40 more to go, I just am going about a pound a week. Slow and steady seems to work best for me. But hey, knowing I'm putting my weight out there really helps to push me.
