1/4 - 180 1/11 - 173 1/18 - 172 1/25 - 170 2/2 - 169 2/9 - still holding at 169. In the scale's defense, I haven't been working out like I should the past 2 weeks. Am working on improvement...I'm just bored with cardio....I mix it up and do something different every day too...
