I love Tabouli so and I love this quinoa tabouli enough that I am trying numerous variations to it. This recipe is missing something
It takes about 30 minutes to make only because it takes 20 minutes to reconstitute the mushrooms. I am not sure what it is missing yet, but it was pretty good.

3-5 minutes. Pay attention to the tips to avoid salt and even more carbs.
I'd love to see what others have come up with. Low ingredient list, as natural as you can make it, the better.
EDIT: A health tip on eating Tuna. Based on the mercury level of such a large fish, it is not recommended to eat more than 8 oz of Tuna per week.
