I'm having problems balancing my insulin when I try to stick to an exercise & meal plan. I'm Type 1 & insulin dependent. I'm having too many lows. For example, I had a low this morning. I didn't realize it until I tried to walk. My legs were like jello. I felt paralyzed. I took two glucose tablets. My husband had to assist me to bathroom & then go get me some juice. I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow, but I want to know why my legs went to "jello"? Has anyone else experienced this?
