You are not alone in having a setback, we all do. And you are doing the right thing in recognizing it and owning it and looking for help to get started again. I know it is cliche but you can't change the past so focus on what you can change today. Just set small goals for yourself even if it is as small as doing something for 5 minutes. Don't put big expectations on yourself because sometimes they can seem too overwhelming. 5 minutes becomes 10 becomes 20 and you will be on your way. I have made a resolution to keep coming to these boards and posting and offering support/encouragement to others so that it helps keep me on track and appreciating that I am not alone. You can do it!

Hello all, I have tried this group in the past I was doing fairly well, until July of 2012. I had a lot happen and fell off the grid. I got a new job which is a blessing but having a hard time getting into a new routine of working out. I had a terrible bhroncitis infection that lasted over a month so I had a very rough time working out. Now I am frustrated because I have gain 10 lbs of what I lost. I am looking to restart this journey but feel like I do not know where to begin. By the way I am also diabetic. My sugar levels have been average of 110
