I recently found out I am hypoglycemic which has prompted me to take better care of myself by monitoring my diet and exercise. BUT, I have been having trouble keeping my blood sugar level- I actually felt better when I was eating badly . Any tips for keeping glucose steady while monitoring calories? I have been doing the protein with carbs routine but my glucose levels are still all over the place. Thanks!
