WELCOME and tell u that U CAN DO IT AND STICK TO IT...today was my 7th wk here on the diabetes challenge, I have one more to go before I can find something else to work toward...I am usually one to give up too, but we are worth it, and we can do it. I know when u r starting something like this ~ 8 wks seems like an eternity...but let me tell you that it has flown by and I am glad I have stuck to it with the goals that I laid out when I started. Having these goals helped me to stay on track and it is now very rewarding to know that I CAN stick to something and do whatever I have to do to get where I want to be....SO please be precise in telling yourself what it is you want in these 8 wks. one of mine was to lose 16lbs in 8 wks (2lb/wk) I have one more to go and today was my 7th weigh in and I have lost 15.
