My glucose levels are consistently low: 106 today. WooHoo!
I've been working at this for 11 months, and things are workinng. It truely pays to keep at it!

I'm on a fix income and or having a time finding the right way to eat to lower my number down to normal it 425 right now and the doctor or having a fit .it is taking a toll on my body .heart trouble ,kidney trouble ,high blood pressure just to name a few .i can't afford to go for someone to tell me how to eat .I'm 58 years old and want to live to see my grand kids grown

I'm finding it really difficult to find the right balance between increased exercise, reduced calories and the right amount of insulin. I think I'm doing great and then my sugar will drop and I'm shoveling in a chocolate bar to bring up the sugar to normal, therefore increasing my calories. Any body else had this happen?
