The Mix and Match Meal Planner is not a SparkCoach feature. All members can access it from the Nutrition tab under the Healthy Lifestyles section of the site about half way down on the page where it says --

Create healthful, tasty and portion-controlled meals that fit your calorie range!

The mix-and-match meal plan is only availble through SparkCoach. It is a very good tool where the food choices are added to the nutrition tracker for the meal chosen. The nutrition tracker also make food recommendations under tracker options. Each of these methods allows you to see how many of each nutrients is in each recommended food.

Not sure what other sites have to offer but our mix and match meal planning tool offers interactive plans to help you calculate calories and come up with new recipe ideas. Simply select the meal you want to build from the tabs (breakfast, salads, sandwiches or dinner), and then choose one option from each drop down to create a balanced meal! Once you've finished your plan, click "Add to SparkPeople Nutrition Tracker" to track it!

Hi. I wondered if anyone could give me a little direction. I am TypeII and don't have much leg-room with my fats levels.

I am aware of the many recipes available on this site, but I wondered if anyone might know of a publication (i can't find online) that spells out a week's worth of meals that are low-carb & low-fat with majority of calories being protein.
