I didn't know about cheese souffle day or hamburger month. I've had souffles before but not cheese...sounds decadent. I did not give up hamburger. I buy the really lean stuff and make my patty smaller, add lots of lettuce, tomato, onions and sometimes a slice of Smart Balance cheese. I saute the onions in a separate pan with Pam so there is virtually no added fat. I don't add mayo because the sauteed onions and tomato keep everything moist and tasty. It's a good thing I just had one for dinner tonight or I would be craving right now! LOL
