Hi, Welcome. I joined back on March 23 and I am still learning about this site. It is enormous and so much to look at. I also am doing the bootcamp challenge. I really like that one. I am also doing the diabetic 8 week challenge. I have not been doing anything for the diabetic challenge for the past 2 weeks but I will pick up that challenge again when I finish the first one. You can stay on the team and just mark off the challenge when you get back to doing it. If you want to leave any team scroll down to the bottom of the page below all the posted topics and there is a link there to "leave this team"
Which ever way would be easiest for you.

I joined SP on April 24th... However, I did not know anything about the site. I got put in the diabetic group as I am one. That being said, I have not been following the diabetic challenge, but the spring bootcamp. Howe do I "catch up" or remove myself and then start it when I finish the spring bootcamp challenge. I have been working out daily for at least 30 minutes of cardio and a bootcamp video.... I track my food daily and drink water. I have not read the diabetic challenge so I am not sure how far behind I am ..
