I joined SP on April 24th... However, I did not know anything about the site. I got put in the diabetic group as I am one. That being said, I have not been following the diabetic challenge, but the spring bootcamp.
Howe do I "catch up" or remove myself and then start it when I finish the spring bootcamp challenge. I have been working out daily for at least 30 minutes of cardio and a bootcamp video.... I track my food daily and drink water. I have not read the diabetic challenge so I am not sure how far behind I am ..
