180 #'s. I have not been able to work out the last couple of days because of work schedule and I am prepping and sanding about 6 new doors we are going to install in our house. But, I'll say this...SANDING DOORS FOR 3 HOURS IS A GREAT WORKOUT.

I've been struggling with my water weight this week. With my health I have to weigh myself everyday. Im retaining water at the moment and need to check in with my doctor. I have been watching what I eat so I am sure that its now what I am eating that I am gaining the weight. But I am not stressing at the moment about this gain, I will just continue to monitor it.

I went from 345 to 334 in a matter of 6 days, I went to a nutritionilist so I am on a strict 1800 cal diet. that is a whopping 11 pounds.

1st week

Went from 211 to 204.9 lost 6 pounds. Actually very good for first week, but I am realistic and know I wont lose that much every week. I am only aiming for 1 pound a week.

Live well, laugh often and enjoy life to its fullest potential.

I gained all of the weight that I lost three years ago; l gained an extra 12 pounds. I am gad that you have made the decision to take control of your eating. It is difficult. I have found that this past weekend (Sunday) was the most stressful for me.

I have recognized a few triggers that make me want to eat. I am trying to focus my attention on doing new things. I am here if you need to talk. You can do it.

Went to the doctor last week my blood work came back guess who is prediabetic??? Weighing in at 300 I knew it was a matter of time I have gained 45lbs in the last year. So here is my new declaration to save myself from myself.

I am in control of my own destiny by the choices I make with GOD's help

Okay, so I bought a new scale. My old scale was 10 pounds different from my doctor's scale, so I knew something was wrong. Sure enough - instant 10 pound "weight gain" when I got on the new scale.

So my adjusted start weight is 260, not 250. Unfortunately, my eating has been way off kilter, and I've been gaining weight. I gained back 5 pounds and now I'm slowly getting it back off.

One pound at a time, one mile at a time, one inch at a time - I will get there.

Hi, I'm Pat. 62 years old and retired. I want to get off medications so that when my husband retires, we will not have to spend so much money on medications. I am obese and need to lose at least 150 pounds. I am tired of losing/gaining and am hoping to lose at least 50 pounds and keeping it off as a start.
