Hi everyone today is a good day for me overall. I am tracking my food intake and exercise today, I actually got in a walk this morning with dh, we walked 1 mile and my legs told me about it. Now they are fine and I am looking forward to being able to walk more then that soon. My goal is 5 miles by my bday on May 26th.
For encouragement to all of you that have problems with motivation. Take it one step at a time and you will get there. I am learning that very fact. I ended up in a wheel chair for five months and I just got out of it about 2 months ago and now I am walking 1 mile this is an improvement from that 5 months of falling for no apparent reason.
Keep up the great work you are all doing. If you fall get back up and take the next step in the right direction don't stay down.
I remember a former pastor of mine always told me "Don't look down all you will see is defeat, so lift you head up and look to the heavens for the encouragement you need in every day life."
Son and hubby going to a funeral today and I am not I did not know the man he was my husband's ex wife's uncle.
