Great goals. Using the Nutrition & Fitness Trackers makes it easier to keep track of. You can add any other goals to "other Goals" - who'd have thought - to keep tabs on them too.
This is my first day back after several months, my first post ever! My goals are to lose 2lbs a week, exercise at least 10 minutes a day, walk 30 minutes-4x's a week, track my daily food intake and drink more water. WOW...when ya see all that in black and white, it's pretty formidable, but I'm excited and on my way!
