Later, I will be going to visit some friends and thought I would take my laptop with me and at least log in and do a little every day. I thought it would be a great way to introduce them to SP. The one needs to lose weight and the other maintains. I will also see my mother-in-law and she is a diabetic and I thought that I might introduce her to SP also. She cannot keep her levels controlled.
Good for You. I'm going to visit my grandchildren for 2 wks and wasn't sure how I was going to do it. Thanks for the Idea!! I'll stick to my routine as much as posible and not worry about logging it. What a great Idea!!
