You know what it feels like when your muscles are fatigued. If this is a different pain I would get it checked out since you don't want an injury to slow down your training. Good luck with your recovery emoticon

Hi, after finishing my 5k run last week I had a pain running along the inside of my knee. I didn't notice it when running, it was when I was done and tried to walk upstairs that I realized it hurt to bend my knee at 90 degree angle. Just wondering if this is because I switched running shoes and didn't break them in, or did I push myself too hard? I've been trying to get my 5k down to 30mins and have gone from 37 to 34 in a week. Also how long should I leave it before running again? I walked my 5k today and it felt tight when I was done, but I could bend it. Annoyed that it happened I just have to run my final day of my 5 week 5k challenge! Thanks!
