So even before I started the 5K Your Way program, I did a little jogging and got shin splints. Does anyone have any advice? I'm really enjoying working up to a 5K and I do NOT want to stop, but everyone I've asked has just told me to stop running and stick to walking! I know I need better shoes, but beyond that...any help? Any special stretches I can do before/after? Work on my form? Please!
