Two months after finishing the program, I've been running 3 or 4 days a week. I ran a 10K on Thanksgiving Day, without explicitly training for one. I came out of 5K training able to run 5 miles, and the added distance just happened naturally as a result of running regularly.
Now I'm contemplating a half marathon. That will require some thought and deliberate training.
