I did my first 5K Walk this morning at 54:18 and I am THRILLED!!! At 295 pounds (55 pounds lost), I'm feeling great and can't wait for my next 5K :)

I did my virtual 5K walk/jog today in 50:40. Since the route is mostly uphill with one long hill to climb, I didn't feel too bad about my time. With the hills, I had to do more walk than run. It has also been yeeears since I ran or even did consistent exercising and I'm closer to 70 than 60 lol.
