You are doing fine! Just keep with your schedule and remember not to take your pacing too fast. We train to race...not race to train which means that you don't want to run too fast. SLow down and enjoy!

Ok, so week 3 day 3 is just around the corner. Today I did week 3 day 2. It was little hard. I'm worried about week 3 day 3. I NEED to get it done! How can I prepare myself for it. Sounds lame but I'm still learning and I don't want to fall off the ban wagon . HELP!
