Hey guys. I did my first day of week 2 yesterday and it went great. I usually do Kickboxing for cross training on Monday and Wednesday but I'm feeling sore today. I'm considering skipping the class if I don't think I'll be able to do it. Should I push through and try to do it anyway or should I give my body a day to relax before I do day 2 tomorrow?
How do you deal with being sore the day after a workout??
