I'm just starting my first day and saw the notes on cross-training. I've tried both a kickboxing cardio class and zumba at my gym and I'm partial to kickboxing. Would that be a good class to use as cross-training?? Or should I stick to the ones recommended on the site? I also like swimming so I can try that.
