Tell management how you were treated and get rid of her.
Life IS Good!!
fire the trainer . you're paying her to help you reach yr goals , not to mock them . also report her . YOU CAN DO IT :)
First thing I would do is find another trainer. Then if she accredited, report her. That is totally unprofessional.

First of all, I would fire her. She got you mad, and that is motivation to run that race. You will finish and you will win! Good luck and have fun. Strength training will help very much with running too.

OMG! How rude! I think you should send in a complaint about her. That is awful saying that to you. We can do so much more than we think we can and are capable of doing so much more than we do.
You can do this. Don't waste time though feeling anger towards her. Do this for you!

Hi, I'm Jasmin, and I'm on week two.
though only yesterday did I decide to tell my trainer in the gym that I'd like to join the 4k race in October, and she actually "laughed at me" she started mocking me throughout the training session, until I finally couldn't take it anymore and told her to stop mocking me and that I "can" take the race "and" finish it, she told me that my training is inadequate and if I were to make it I need to be training non stop.
Regardless of her unprofessionality, she did manage to bring me down, the fact that my training yesterday was mostly strength training and I didn't do any running, and now I'm sore all over doesn't help one bit.... well, I will show her and everyone who doubted me that I can and I will...
do others have the same problem? of people trying to bring them down instead of encouraging them, what do you do with those people?
