I've been experiencing a sore throat, stuffy nose, and general fatigue for about 3 days. I am not sure if it's a cold or just allergies, but I definitely haven't felt motivated to exercise since last Friday.
When should I start running again? Should I run even if I still have cold symptoms? I don't have much experience running so I don't know what's best. Also, it's been really hard to resist eating comfort foods, especially since I've been "resting" (lying around) and I feel like I'm on a slippery slope. Any advice?
