okay thanks that is what I thought I might have to do but wasn't sure

I have a fit bit and I take it off when I do this but if you leave it on then you need to go to the fit bit site and post the exercise you did and what time you did it and it auto adjusts your calories.

I have the fitbit and it tracks my steps and is automatically added to my fitness tracker.

My question is that when I mark my progress for this program it also adds the mileage so I am getting twice the mileage?

How should I track this?
