It's a personal preference on how you do it. My suggestion would be to try it both ways. Some people can run before eating, others have to eat first. Only you can decided when is the best time. That's why I say, try both.
So I know most people prefer to run first thing in the morning, and believe me, if I had the energy I would! But I am already waking up at 5am and biking to work at 6ish, so I don't really feel like I'd be able to handle getting up any earlier to run. So my question is, is it better to run before or after dinner? Of course not immediately after dinner cause I don't want to puke! Hahah! Does anyone have any advice?
