one of the warm ups' that is good for your shins is to have the balls of your feet on the edge of some stairs and the heels off (Facing up the stairs) slowly pushing up on your toes and down to warm the calfs and shins as well as placing being sure to warm up adequately before and after you excercise. If you have shin splints be sure to get ice on them after, if you dont take care of them they can get worse. IF this doesnt work be sure to speak with a professional to get what works for you. Pay attention to your running making sure you are not running on you toes if possible. Good luck
