I generally like to take the advise of the pros because "how bad could it hurt" could keep you from reaching your long term goals if you hurt yourself. Go on the blog and see if any of the coaches will answer you on this one and good luck to you. I know the "I love to run fever" really is hard to hold down. But whats that saying? "You gotta know when to held em".....seems appropriate here.

So I know it says run with "rest"/crosstraining days in between but would it really be bad if I just ran, every day. I really enjoy running now, not just for the runner's high after but because I feel like I have more energy on the days that I run in comparison to the days I "rest" How bad could it hurt me if I do choose to run everyday?
