I have a hip sling someone gave me where my water bottle is holstered on the back of my hip. I also have a small back pack for hydration. You can get them in different sizes and sip from a tube at your shoulder.

Well... when pertaining to my water bottle. emoticon

Do y'all usually have your water bottle in your hand while running? I feel I can't leave without it, however sometimes I feel it would be nicer to run without having to hold it all the time. I just don't think I could run for these 35 minute workouts without sipping on water during my walk times.
