Start where you feel best, that could even be week 5. No matter where you start, if it feels to hard, drop back even more.

I came down with a summer cold and haven't been able to run since last Saturday.
I'm finally over it for the most part, and I want to go running this weekend. I was on week 6. I'm wondering if I should back up a week and repeat week 6, or see how I do with week 7.
Has anyone else had to delay and pick back up, and if so, what did you do?
