YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got one under my belt. I started running about 2.5 months ago. It was going pretty good too (for someone who never ran in her life lol). A month ago i hurt my back and couldn't run anymore. I kept working out and swimming but no running. Everytime I tried I would hurt myself bad. The day before my 5k my back gave out again, but i went. Determined to finish, running, walking or crawling. I finished! 40mins 53sec. I jogged and walked.
GO ME!! Here's a link to my blog about it and a picture http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public _journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4899362
It's gonna happen! Come hell or high water, it will!!!!!
