The only time you will actually know how many calories you burn is if you wear a heart rate monitor. Your weight will affect the total calories. I think that SP bases the calorie burn on a 150 pound woman. I read how they base their calories but that was so long ago.

I was wondering about the accuracy of the tracking. I just noticed that under cardio my run for the day (week one day 3) tracked as "Walk 11/minute mile" when I ran a 10:36/km. Is the calories burned during my workout really reflect a 11 minute/mile walk? I
t feels like I should be burning more than 67 calories in that workout because I'm pushing myself more than an 11 minute/mile walk.
