Everybody has their own pace and their own strengths/abilities...some of us not as lucky or gifted as others! If you're able to complete the end goal even though you didn't have to follow the training program letter by letter, take the trophy and consider yourself blessed! I would if I could...however, I am not as blessed, but have nothing against someone who is...maybe just a little jealous, though!!

So I haven't been following the running program too closely, but am up to running the 5k in 25 minutes. Should I take a trophy for completing the challenge or not since I didn't really follow the program?
