I tried to do the 5k your way about 3 months ago and can you believe I made it to week 7 and then life got hard and I just quit everything. I was soooo close and yet so far. Now I'm back!! I just finished day 2 of week 1. It feels soooo good to back to exercising and taking control of my life again. I know I can do this!! I WiLL do this!!! I'm reading other runners posts to keep me motivated and I am staying close to Sparkpeople.com!!
