I have a Gymboss and a Garmin Forerunner. I used to use the Garmin for intervals but then I couldn't record my mile splits. Plus if I had to change the interval times on the Garmin I would have to start my run over.
I love my Gymboss. I dropped my first one and ordered my second one that same night. Love the ease of use.
I also heard that you can use some apps on your phone but I've never tried any of those.
Life IS Good!!
Gymboss seems to be the way to go for interval timing . . .

I hope you find that as you keep practicing your comfort zone form comes more naturally.
I've just finished week 3 and I'm noticing how much easier it is to breath already!

Well so far so good. Did 5min of warm up walking then 15minutes of the brisk walk. Did a full 40minute of the walk and run with 4min walk and 1min run. It was all ok except for the need to keep looking at the watch to check on the intervals. I wonder is there an instrument that will set to the walk / run intervals ? It's funny, too that with each run i seem to be doing something different about the way i run. some makes me feel comfortable and making the 1min run stretch well. others makes me feel like i'm not gonna make the 1min run. so as i start off each run i have to run in a way that makes each drop and each lift of the foot be in sync with the movement of the shoulders and the arms as that will make the run comfortable. Then there is the need to breathe in a particular way that it makes the running time achievable. gosh and i am just on week 1. i wonder what it will be like on week 2.
