I know where you are coming from B2LAWLESS, 2 years ago I could barely stand. I was getting over a long time illness, then I decided to stop feeling sorry for myself and started doing small things to regain my strength. Now I can walk 2 miles! I am only on week 3, but I know I'll see this to the end! Then I will take on a new challenge to walk somewhere else!
