SHEENADEE is correct and to make it simple just follow this order...
Track in your 5K program first. Track in your mileage second. Track in your favorites or fitness page workout last.
If the calories doesn't come up as a correct number, then delete the entry the the system adds and add your own.

If you want to track the mileage then you should just use the mileage tab on the myFitness page. As you see, it records the mileage and also makes an entry for the calories burned. If you already had something added via a favorites workout, you can remove that entry and let the mileage one remain.

How do I track my mileage without duplicating workouts that were entered into a favorite workout item that I already entered? When I enter information into my favorite workout, the only boxes that come up to be filled in are minutes and calories, no mileage. Adding mileage into the team tracking tool or via the mileage tab on myFitness, I get duplication of calories and minutes and I can't enter 0 into those fields or the mileage won't save.
