You can record the whole walk on the log. You don't have to split it up. This is 5K Your Way afterall emoticon

So record my time and distance according to the plan, the finish my workout and then when i get to where i am i record accordingly. So will i be recording two things before it cthes up?

Yes, you can do more. But let me propose something to you... during the scheduled time/distance increase your speed, do intervals or hills, then complete the time/distance you are currently doing. When the program catches up to you then do the scheduled workout.

I plan on starting week one on Tuesday. My question is whether or not its ok to do more than what it says? Can i walk more than 15 mins or 1 mile? I am past severl of these points and feel cheated walkng less than my current achievement. If I am not suppose to then I wont, but I need to know for sure. Thanks. emoticon
