One rule of thumb to remember: If you track your walks through the program, DO NOT track them as well on your workout tracker. You'll have duplicate entries.
NOTE: I don't think you'd have a problem entering your progress in the walking program to reflect what you've done so far. If you've kept track of your progress in the plan you mistakenly are in, just go back and note your progress day to day and input that into the area of the walk plan. JUST REMEMBER to "LEAVE THIS PROGRAM" everywhere you need to in the program you're mistakenly involved in. That link can be found in the lower right hand corner of the pages of that plan.
Don't worry bout getting out of the program you're mistakenly in. You should continue to get emails from it reminding you what you need to do and you can then refer to those pages, scroll down to lower right-hand corner of those pages and remove yourself.
Write if you still don't understand or are confused. I have a tendency of confusing people with my explanations. If I do, a thousand apologies. Email me if you need to. Getting out of the wrong program and into the new one shouldn't be a problem.
