Track workouts specific to the program on the training log (interactive calendar). They will automatically transfer to your fitness page. Track other workouts directly on your fitness page.

There are several places on Spark that will double count your activity. Other places will count your activity in several places. If you are double tracking, then only track in one place.

How are we supposed to track our miles in the 5K Your Way Program? Should we only be tracking in the interactive calendar? Today I tracked both under My Fitness and the interactive calendar, and it seems to have added my workout twice. Thanks for any advice!
