At this time, I should have 10 lbs. left to lose to reach GOAL/Start Maintaining.
I will not know until I reach 155. (I'm 39 and 5'9) My tummy, hips and inner-thighs are still hanging on to fat. I may have to lose a little more which of course will be doable!
I don't want to start a "race" all of a sudden.. I'm still on a journey and my Goal for now is to reach 155!
