Choose a week that you feel comfortable with, maybe week 3. Then just record the repeated weeks workouts on your fitness page. When you catch up to week 5, start recording on your walking log again.

I quit for a couple of weeks. I was supposed to start week 5 the last week of July, but it was hot and I was tired, you know all those excuses. Anyway, I want to start it back up, and my question is what week do I start back in? Can anyone help me?
