Go ahead and repeat the week 3 trainings, but instead of entering the time/distance information in the training log for the days you did get in originally, just put the information in your fitness log. When you get to the day you haven't done yet, then go back to entering them in the training log. Unfortunately there isn't anyway to delete the information in the training log once it's in there (someday, maybe).
