Where do you find the interactive training calendar ?
do you track your miles in the fitness tracker to show you got the miles in ? is there a check of list for each week like in some of the challenges like the exercise challenge that has four boxes to check off and keep track of what week you are in i didn't see one but thought maybe i some how missed it. training for a 12 k run in May so this will help me get ready for the run.
