Many i pods have a fitness feature, where you can track your distance, calories, speed, time etc.

I use dailymile (website for runners/walkers/cyclists) to map out the route I'm going before I head out to see how many laps around the neighbourhood I need to make.

You can go on this site and make a walking route. Use the streets that you walk on and it will calculate it for you.

Hey, everyone!

I have a quick question. How does everyone here track the number of miles or the distance walked? I usually walk around my apartment complex, but I have no idea how far I've walked and whether I've met the required amount of miles in the program. Do any of you have suggestions?
