I just did 2.35 in 35 minutes. I really pushed myself but it felt good when I got done.

I was wondering what a good speed would be. I have only completed week 2. My 2 miles took me 53 minutes.

You are doing great. I try to do 3.2 in 45 minutes or less. I feel good after that. But I don't know what the record would be emoticon

Yesterday I walked 2 miles in 37 minutes not sure if that is a good time or not but it was good for me. Working on the Wii today. Does anyone know what the record is for "walking" a 5K?
