Tina - Go to your Fitness page
At the top is "Change Fitness Goals", click on it.
On the Edit Fitness Goals page scroll down to "Mileage Tracker Setup."
Make sure it's set for "miles".
Click on "Save Changes"

This should hopefully fix the problem.

Ok how do I track miles? I tried to track todays walk and my program says kilometers. I don't track in kilometers, I track miles. Know why mine does that?????

Thank you! I had it but went back and added all the days and saved it and it is good now. Now off to look at a used rowing machine for crosstraining!

Do you have distance tracking on your fitness page? If not, you will need to add it in order to track on the program.

When I try to enter the walks in the 2d week it says it can't find the exercise I'm trying to track.
Why?
