Along with Wii & Kinect, and your stair climbing you can do any type of strength/resistance training. There are many spark workouts available online. Dancing and swimming (if you have access to a pool) are great cross training workouts, too. Oh, and don't forget about DVDs.

I read the article re: crosstraining for runners and just wondered what you guys do. I don't have room enough for equipment and biking is pretty hard here because of the Rural nature of the place. I'm thinking I will do stairs (in my house) combined with kinect and wii video games. I guess doing stairs for 30 minutes should be a pretty good start. Any suggestions?
